Peace Through Youth Sport Foundation (PTYSF) Effective Date: April 2026 1. Introduction These Grant Application Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all applications submitted to the Peace Through Youth Sport Foundation (“PTYSF”, “we”, “our”, “the Foundation”). By submitting an application, the applicant organisation (“the Applicant”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all grant rounds, funding categories, and international applicants unless otherwise stated. 2. Eligibility Requirements - By submitting an application, the Applicant confirms that it: • Is a legally registered nonprofit, charity, school, community organisation, or recognised sporting body in its country • Operates programs that directly benefit children or young people • Has appropriate safeguarding and child‑protection policies in place • Has the financial and administrative capacity to manage grant funds responsibly • Is not involved in political campaigning, discrimination, extremism, or activities inconsistent with PTYSF’s mission • Is not subject to sanctions, legal restrictions, or unresolved compliance issues PTYSF reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. 3. Accuracy of Information - The Applicant warrants that all information provided in the application is: • True, complete, and accurate • Provided with full authority from the organisation • Supported by documentation where required Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in: • Immediate disqualification • Withdrawal of funding • Repayment of funds • Reporting to relevant authorities 4. Verification & Due Diligence - By applying, the Applicant authorises PTYSF to: • Verify organisational registration and legal status • Contact referees, partners, or regulatory bodies • Review safeguarding policies and risk‑management practices • Conduct background checks on key personnel • Request additional documents, including financial statements Failure to provide requested information may result in the application being declined. 5. Assessment & Decision‑Making - Applications are assessed based on: • Alignment with PTYSF’s mission and youth‑sport outcomes • Safeguarding strength and child‑protection compliance • Organisational capacity and governance • Financial responsibility • Community need and potential impact PTYSF’s decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Foundation’s Board or Grant Committee. PTYSF is not obligated to provide funding, feedback, or justification for decisions. 6. Funding Conditions - If approved, the Applicant must: • Sign a Grant Agreement outlining specific obligations • Use funds strictly for the approved purpose • Maintain accurate financial and program records • Comply with all safeguarding, reporting, and monitoring requirements • Notify PTYSF immediately of any material changes, risks, or incidents • Permit audits, evaluations, or monitoring visits (virtual or in‑person) PTYSF may impose additional conditions depending on the grant category or jurisdiction. 7. Reporting Obligations - Grantees must submit: • Progress reports • Financial acquittals • Impact data • Safeguarding incident reports (if applicable) Failure to meet reporting requirements may result in: • Suspension of funding • Termination of the grant • Ineligibility for future funding 8. Misuse of Funds - Misuse includes: • Spending outside the approved purpose • Fraudulent reporting • Undisclosed conflicts of interest • Safeguarding breaches • Corruption or bribery PTYSF may require repayment of funds and may report misconduct to authorities. 9. Intellectual Property & Publicity - By submitting an application, the Applicant grants PTYSF permission to: • Use non‑confidential information for reporting, publicity, and impact storytelling • Publish the names of funded organisations PTYSF will not publish sensitive or personal data without consent. 10. Data Protection & Privacy- PTYSF collects and processes application data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with: • Assessors • Auditors • Regulatory authorities (where legally required) Applicants are responsible for ensuring they have obtained any necessary consents from individuals whose data is included in the application. 11. Conflicts of Interest - Applicants must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including: • Relationships with PTYSF staff, board members, or assessors • Financial or personal interests that may influence the application Failure to disclose may result in disqualification. 12. Grounds for Refusal or Withdrawal - PTYSF may refuse, suspend, or withdraw funding if: • Eligibility criteria are not met • Safeguarding concerns arise • Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct is identified • Reporting obligations are not met • The organisation becomes insolvent or inactive • Legal or regulatory issues emerge PTYSF is not liable for any loss resulting from refusal or withdrawal of funding. 13. Appeals & Complaints Appeals are accepted only on procedural grounds (e.g., an error in process). PTYSF does not reconsider decisions based on the merits of the application. Complaints regarding conduct or fairness may be submitted through PTYSF’s official contact channels. 14. No Guarantee of Funding - Submission of an application does not guarantee: • Funding • Shortlisting • Feedback • Future eligibility PTYSF may modify, suspend, or cancel grant rounds at any time. 15. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of: • The United States (for the PTYSF parent foundation), and • Australia (for operational activities), unless otherwise required by local jurisdiction. 16. Amendments PTYSF may update these Terms at any time.
